Create job

Creates a new job and either leaves it unassigned on the dispatch board or adds it directly to a route. Use GET /api/options/vehicle-types to get valid vehicle type IDs and GET /api/options/pickup-types/{vehicleTypeId} to get valid pickup type IDs for the selected vehicle type.
